Paul, the boss of PRM, is a top guy who has fantastic standards and did a great job recently (summer 2021) on our home renovation (top floor, two kids’ bedrooms and a bathroom).

He offers transparent and good-value pricing. He is easy to get hold of. He is knowledgable and has smart ideas that combine design nous with practical problem-solving skills. He’s good-natured and straightforward. The tradespeople he uses are, too.

Our project was completed on time and on budget, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We actually missed Paul and his crew once the job was finished, and we are now looking for an excuse to have them back, soon!

We recently used Paul's services to carry out several jobs on a house which needed modernising, such as new bathroom, whole central heating system and electrical work. The whole process from start to finish has been very positive - Paul has a lot of expertise, answers all queries very quickly, and has been incredibly helpful in decision making and advising. He took the hassle out of everything, as he was one central point of contact for all workmen meaning we didn't have to liaise with them or organise them ourselves. He was very transparent in terms of costs at each stage, giving us regular updates. We couldn't recommend him enough; he's been a great help and we would definitely use him again in the future.
